You get an itemised written estimate before anything starts. We bill your insurance directly, so you usually pay only your own portion on the day, and the Canadian Dental Care Plan is accepted. In-house financing is available through PaySpyre, so treatment can be paid for over time.

Is a custom sports guard better than one from a shop?
A custom guard is made to fit your teeth. Your dentist can compare available types and check fit, coverage and comfort.
My child has braces. Can they still wear one?
Yes, guards can be made to fit over orthodontic appliances, and protecting the lips and cheeks matters more with braces, not less.
How often should it be replaced?
For a growing child, roughly every season. Adults get several years out of one.
Can they still talk with it in?
The guard should allow comfortable breathing and communication. Have the fit checked if either is difficult.
