Questions.
What should I bring to my first appointment?
Photo identification, your insurance details or CDCP information, and a list of any medication you take. If you have had recent X-rays elsewhere, we can request them.
Do you direct-bill insurance?
Yes. We bill your insurance directly, so on the day you usually pay only your own portion. You still get an itemised written estimate before any treatment starts.
Do you offer payment plans or financing?
Yes. In-house financing is available through PaySpyre, so treatment can be paid for over time rather than all at once. Ask about it when you receive your written estimate.
Can I get my records transferred from my old dentist?
Yes. Tell us who they were and we will request your records and X-rays for you.
