Yaletown Dentistry  /  Questions

Questions
people
actually ask.

The ten we get most, answered without marketing language. If yours is not here, call and ask.

Are you taking new patients?

Yes. You can book online or call 604-801-6669. No referral is needed.

What does a checkup cost?

You get an itemised written estimate before any treatment begins.

Do you direct-bill my insurance?

Yes. We bill your insurance directly, so on the day you usually pay only your own portion.

Do you offer payment plans or financing?

Yes. In-house financing is available through PaySpyre, so treatment can be paid for over time rather than all at once. Ask about it when you receive your written estimate.

Do you accept the Canadian Dental Care Plan?

Yes, the CDCP is accepted at Yaletown Dentistry.

Are you open on Saturdays?

One Saturday a month. Call 604-801-6669 to check which Saturday is coming up. We are also open until 7pm Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.

Where do I park?

There is parking directly across the street. Yaletown-Roundhouse Station is about five minutes away on foot.

I am terrified of the dentist. What can you do?

A great many of our patients are. Tell us when you book. We have oral and IV sedation, and Dr. Sepehr Zahedi, a certified dental anesthesiologist, works here.

How long since my last visit is too long?

There is no answer to that which involves being told off. Plenty of people come back after five or ten years. We start with where you are now.

Do you see children?

Yes, Yaletown Dentistry sees families and children.

Can I get an implant consultation without committing to anything?

Yes. The introductory meeting with our implant consultant is free and carries no obligation. Any clinical examination or imaging needs and fees are explained separately.
