Dental anesthesiology is a separate training pathway taken after dental school. A dental anesthesiologist has advanced training in sedation and anaesthesia for dental treatment.
For sedation appointments with Dr. Zahedi, he manages sedation and monitoring while the treating dentist carries out the dental procedure.
He has given permission to be named here, and his registration can be checked by anyone on the College's public register.
