New Teeth Today is what we call one specific thing we do: replacing a whole upper or lower jaw with fixed teeth on implants. It is a service of Yaletown Dentistry, offered in these rooms by this team.
For a patient that means one practice from start to finish. The consultation, the surgery, the general dentistry afterwards and the bill all come from the same place, and direct billing and in-house financing apply to it exactly as they do to everything else here.
When to discuss full-arch treatment.
Dentures that will not stay put
Particularly lower dentures. Fixed teeth on implants are not removed at night.
Told there is not enough bone
An assessment can clarify whether grafting or another approach is appropriate.
People who have given up
If you are unsure what options remain, ask for an assessment and a discussion of alternatives.

Dr. Michael Webster.
Full-arch surgery here is carried out by Dr. Webster, who founded New Teeth Today and whose practice is focused on implants and full-arch reconstruction. Sedation is provided by Dr. Sepehr Zahedi, a Certified dental anesthesiologist.
A note on numbers.
The New Teeth Today name is also used at clinics elsewhere in British Columbia and Alberta. Any volume figures quoted for New Teeth Today describe all of those clinics together, not this location — we would rather be precise about that than let a number do work it has not earned.

Do I need a referral?
No. You can ask about a full-arch consultation directly. The consultation with our implant consultant is free.
Can my own dentist stay involved?
Yes, and we prefer it. Patients referred by another dentist go back to that dentist for their general care afterwards.
