What the form sends.
- CollectedYour name, mobile number, email if you give one, what is going on, which dentist you would like, which days suit, and whether you flagged pain or nerves.
- Used forOne thing: a person at the front desk calling you back about an appointment. It is not used for marketing and is not sold or shared with advertisers.
- Who sees itThe front desk team at Yaletown Dentistry, by email and in the team's internal messaging tool. The request is kept as the record that you asked.
- Where it livesIn a database operated for the practice by Cloudflare. Email notification is delivered by Resend.
- Ad clicksIf you arrived from an advertisement, the click reference is stored in your browser for 30 days and attached to your request so the practice knows which advertising brings patients in. It identifies the ad, not you.
- Online bookingThe book online button opens the clinic's scheduling system, run by Curve Dental. Their privacy terms apply to what you enter there.

What runs in the background.
- GoogleGoogle Tag Manager, Google Analytics and Google Ads conversion measurement. These set cookies. Blocking them in your browser does not affect the site.
- CloudflareCloudflare Web Analytics, which counts visits without cookies and without identifying you.
- PaySpyreThe financing widget loads from payspyre.com. Nothing is sent to it unless you open it and enter details.
